Who I am and how to contact me
Consultancy for Good is run by Russell Wall as a sole trader. I am responsible for the personal information used in this business. Contact me at info@consultancyforgood.co.uk with any privacy questions.
When you contact me, I use your name, contact details, organisation and the information you provide to respond, discuss your needs and arrange services. This is based on taking steps towards a contract or my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Please do not include sensitive information about beneficiaries in an initial enquiry.
How information is used and stored
I use Google Workspace for email and Wix to host this website. These providers process information to deliver their services, which may involve processing outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements. Wix may process technical information such as IP addresses and information needed to operate the website.
I keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage follow-up. Client records are retained as needed to deliver services, meet accounting and legal obligations and resolve disputes, and are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Information may also be shared where legally required.
Your rights and questions
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing or request a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it.
